The Client
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Partner to join a growing financial services organisation for an initial period of 4 months.
The Interim Assignment
This role reports directly to the HR Director and is responsible for the delivery of strategic and operational activities including talent and performance management, reward, resourcing and employee engagement.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Supporting the HR Director with strategic objectives
*Work closely with senior stakeholders to embed performance management process
*Provide guidance and support for ER cases including any grievances and absence management
*Act as a mentor for individuals both inside and outside the HR division
*Work alongside Talent Management to ensure a seamless delivery of all talent solutions
*Ensure full compliance will all company and HR policies and procedures, employment legislation and relevant regulatory bodies
The Interim Manager
To be successful for this role you will have a sound working knowledge of best practice and employment law, have a strong knowledge of developing HR strategies and implementation of initiatives and be able to demonstrate competence across the core areas of HR. Previous Financial Services/Retail banking experience is a prerequisite to be considered for this role.
