Scrum Master - Southern Europe - 3 months + - Competitive Day Rate
Transition Partners are in the process of recruiting for one of our highly renowned clients based in Southern Europe. Our client is eager to present this brilliant new opportunity to candidates that are focussed on taking a step forward within their careers, and strengthening both their knowledge and experience within the Scrum & Agile practices. It will allow candidates to work confidently without close managerial supervision and pro-actively identify improvement opportunities.
It is an initial 3 month contract with a huge potential for extension.
Day rate: Very competitive depending on experience! All flights & accommodation costs will be covered too.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- At least 4 years' experience of acting as a Scrum Master
- Excellent leadership, conflict resolution and continual improvement skills
- Experience of working within an Agile software development team
- Experience of mentoring, guiding and training the team on how to use best Agile/Scrum practices
- Experience of guiding the team on self-organisation
- Exposure to TDD & BDD practices, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing & User Stories
