Your tasks:
- Guide the team and Product Owner on how to use Scrum practices and values
- Guide the team to become a self-organized team
- Guide the team and Product Owner to remove impediments
- Coach the team to higher levels of maturity
- Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
- Facilitate the Planning/Review/Retrospective meetings
- Report on team performance
- Assist with communication, transparency and information sharing
- Act in close alignment with the internal Agile Coach
Your qualifications
- Scrum Master certification
- Profound experience of acting in the Scrum Master role
- Knowledge of other agile approaches ( e.g. KANBAN, XP, DevOps) are an advantage
- Experience applying agile techniques (e.g. User Stories, CI/CD, test automation)
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Fluent English language skills (German is a plus)
