Description

For our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a

Legal Document Analyst

Start: ASAP

Duration: 5 Months

Location: Zurich

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the comprehensive administrative handling of Swiss inheritance cases in the private customer segment
  • Versatile telephone and written contact with the heirs and their representatives (lawyers, notaries, trustees and authorities)
  • Collaboration with partner areas within the bank (e.g., sales organization, legal service)
  • Possibility to collaborate in internal and interdisciplinary change projects
  • Hotline Service


Skills:
  • good French and / or Italian knowledge
  • Outstanding understanding of performance, result orientation and analytical thinking
  • Independent and responsible way of working
  • Impeccable expression, as written and verbal customer contact


Nice to have:
  • Banking experience, especially with internal as well as external customer contact
  • Good German or English language skills
  • Experience in public administrations, such as inheritance office or notary
