Relationship Manager/Client Manager - Edinburgh
A major UK bank requires a Relationship Manager with experience within financial services to support commercial banking customers as part of the introduction of a new digital banking platform.
Working on a programme aiming to deliver a new digital banking platform for Commercial customers, you will be responsible for providing excellent Client & Colleague Support and will be work to exceed the expectations of internal and external clients through quality service and support.
To be considered you will possess the following key skills and experience:
- Relationship Management experience
- Financial services experience would be beneficial
- Experience managing a client through a new system or process.
- Ability to quickly develop understanding of client needs and concerns and take personal responsibility for resolving client queries and issues
- Strong time management and organisation skills are required managing and prioritising work and travel requirements
- A knowledge of Commercial E-banking products or a digital background would also be beneficial, although training and familiarisation will be provided.
