In this role, the selected candidate will perform periodic monitoring and controlling of the project management process and report project management products deviations from corporate quality standards.
We are searching for a candidate with the following profile:
- Proof read communication, documents, draft emails, etc. as needed
- Maintain high level of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to create professional documents and emails
- Run reports & handle special projects as assigned
- Perform Quality related duties as assigned by the Head of ePMO
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft applications including MS Project/Project Server, MS Sharepoint, MS Excel and MS Visio.
- Experience as a Project Manager or Project Management Officer (PMO) within a structured project environment.
- Knowledge and experience in IT project management and development life cycle integration and implementation, (with good practical understanding of Prince 2)
- Knowledge of risk management methods and techniques
