Description
Our client a government department are looking for a Project Accountant to join them on an initial 6 month contract basis located in Waddington.
You will be responsible Implementation/Management of project accounting modules; monthly reporting of budget to actuals on projects; circulation of monthly reports to project managers; assisting project managers with production of budgets; challenge project costs and cost to completion; investigate and resolve project manager queries.
The ideal candidate will be Qualified accountant (ACA, ICAI, ICAS, CIFA, CIMA, ACCA) Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel & MS Projects. Will have a proven track record working within an accountant role within a defence organisation.
You will need to be willing to go through SC Clearance or already have it in place.
