Description
Our client, a large financial services organisation based in Edinburgh is seeking a Cultural Change Implementation Manager to work on a Workplace Strategy Programme for an initial 4 month contract. The role will pay £405 per day.
The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding current ways of working and ensure that 'TO-BE' agile and flexible working practices are implemented. You will manage implementation plans, ensure milestones are met and coach leaders and teams on new ways of working.
You will have:
* Experience in delivering cultural change within large organisations - essential
* Experience of implementing flexible and agile working practices - essential
* Experience of delivering training and upskilling of colleague to champion change - essential
* Strong communication skills, written and oral - essential
* Experience from financial services - highly desirable
