Change Manager

£400 per day

Edinburgh

6 month initial contract

We are looking for a Change Manager to join our large banking client based in Edinburgh working on their Workplace strategy programme. The workplace strategy programme is responsible for defining the Group's office location strategy and for shaping and leading the cultural change and operating models associated with the implementation of flexible and agile working practices.

Responsiblities:

-Engaging key stakeholders and champions to understand current ways of working
-Coaching leaders and teams to embrace new ways of working
-Managing change implementation plans, dependencies and associated RAID's
-Aligning and supporting delivery partners to ensure milestones are met
-Working with senior leaders and champions to embed agile working practises
-Work with the Business Units to ensure their TO-BE office and agile working practice is fit for purpose and clearly articulate how they will prepare and embed agile work practices in readiness for moving to new Agile floors

Key skills & Experiences:

-Highly literate, strong interpersonal skills oral and written and stakeholder engagement at all levels
-Understand and experience of a programme/project life cycle and the related governance such as RAIDS
-Facilitation of workshops, comfortable with wide ranging behaviours
-Coaching skills to enable leaders and teams to create new ways of working
-Ability to proactively seek solutions and drive through to completion;
-Co-ordinate implementation and delivery plans in a timely manner
-Attention to detail in managing plans and project management including Microsoft Project and RAID management
