We are currently engaged with a Central Government Department who are delivering a number of vital work packages as part of an incredibly high-profile and complex Business Change/Transformation Programme. As a part of this programme we are looking for Service Introduction Manager to join the team in Crewe.
Role Profile
- Work with the business and various other organisations to agree an owner for the new service.
- Develop a governance model to show how the service will be managed, operated and maintained going forward. This includes governance forums, Terms of Reference, roles and responsibilities etc
- Own the relationship with the Architecture team, working collaboratively to populate the required documentation for the service introduction. This will be very much focused on the business requirements for service levels, availability levels, response levels etc.
- Work with Data Architecture and the business to agree how business rules and master data will be maintained, and by whom.
- Define the processes involved with requesting and implementing change.
- Define the support processes required by the business/users to ensure SLAs are achievable going forward
- Liaise with Government Digital Service (GDS) team to agree the outputs required
