One of the Largest Insurance Organisations in the UK are looking for a Operations Analyst to join their Brexit Programme on a contractual basis.
As a Operations Analyst for a multinational insurance organisation, you will be afforded the opportunity to design the post Brexit Target Operating Model and be the first point of contact for communication with stakeholders to define the business units and requirements.
As a Operations Analyst, working on the Brexit programme you will be hands on in defining and changing the European target-operating model to ensure that the organisation can continue to do business across Europe with the impact of Brexit.
A Operations Analyst you must have the following experience:
- A solid knowledge of the London Insurance Market Operating Models, this can be across divisions such as Underwriting, Claims, finance or IT.
- You will have a proven history of delivering successful regulatory projects, preferably within the Insurance industry.
- Experience defining or changing target operating models
- Excellent stakeholder management -dealing with and influencing stakeholders of all levels
