Flexible Working Manager

up to £350 per day

Programme Objectives:

Our client is working on their Office Location Strategy. The programme requires an experienced change professional to shape and lead the implementation of Agile (Flexible) working to all impacted colleagues. Supporting the cultural change and operating models associated with delivering the behavioural change programme to enable successful delivery to achieve an optimised office location strategy.

The role holder will be the primary contact and change lead for all impact business teams and will work alongside suppliers such as property, business continuity and communications to ensure there is always consistent stakeholder management for these colleagues.

Deliverables:

The successful candidate will report to the Programme Manager for Agile delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leadership of a collection of small projects or a single large project delivering change across the group
  • Project planning to ensure that change is delivered on time, within budget and risk appetite.
  • Management and appropriate escalation of workstream Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies.
  • Delivery of robust and appropriate solution design and governance to ensure that required quality is maintained.
Essential Skills:

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience;

  • Experience in delivering cultural change
  • Delivering agile (flexible) working environments and practices
  • Experience in working with the business on new concepts in the ways of working
  • The ability to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all project deliverables, where appropriate assessing and managing risks and issues, and identifying counter measures.
  • Experience of delivery training and upskilling of people to create colleagues who are champions of change objectives who can promote and train others within the organisation
  • Facilitation of workshops, comfortable with wide ranging behaviours
  • Co-ordination of all implementation activities, tracking records and working with business areas to support readiness activities
  • Attention to detail in managing plans and project management including Microsoft Project and RAID management
