Description
Our client are a manufacturing organisation currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to based at their site in Skelmersdale (must be fluent in French).
The purpose of the role is to perform a range of sales support activities, working closely with customers, distributors and the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for customers and the sales team via telephone, fax or e-mail.
- Strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
- Provide efficient pre and post sales support for customers.
- Assist in providing product literature, eg information, pricing and availability.
- Resolve a rang of customer complaints.
Requirements:
*Customer facing experience is essential.
*Must be fluent in French as this role will be focused on the French market.
*Organised, neat, and possess high energy with the ability to handle fast pace and multiple tasks.
*Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal.
