Description
My client, an NHS organisation based on the South Coast of England, are currently recruiting for a Deputy Head of Procurement for an initial 3 month contract.
The role is offered either on a full or part time basis, with flexible working available. The IR35 status is still TBC for this role. The successful candidate will have category management experience, CIPS qualification and line management experience, ideally within a healthcare or public sector environment.
Key Skills/Experience
- Demonstrable experience of collaborative procurement, ideally within a healthcare or the public sector
- Strong knowledge of OJEU, EU procurement law and tender management
- Line management budget management experience, with a pragmatic approach to delivery
- An ability to construct reports, service/tender specifications and deliver cost savings
- Excellent key stakeholder and clinical engagement skills
- CIPS qualification
