Description

An experienced Information Security Project Manager with a background of delivering Security Improvement Projects' is required by our client based on Jersey, St Helier on an initial 3-month contract.

As the IS Project Manager you will be responsible for working with our client's technology teams and business stakeholders in reviewing their Software and Infrastructure Security and working with tech teams to deliver recommended or necessary changes. It therefore, goes without saying that the successful Project Manager should be able to demonstrate and articulate clearly where you have worked on Security Improvement Projects' where 50% of your time has been spent managing Technology and Solutions Suppliers, as well as Stakeholders and the other 50% of your time, has been spent on the Project Management and Delivery of Security Fundamentals, putting in place good Governance and Understanding what Good Governance' looks like.

This isn't a hands-on' technical position but this role does require -

  • Solid Project Management experience
  • A sound IS Security and Governance background
  • Previous end to end Security Improvement Project' experience
  • Good all-round Software and Infrastructure knowledge/understanding
  • ISO27001

This position requires a candidate who can start ASAP and who can be based on Jersey, Channel Islands 5 days a week.

This role is 3 months initially, however, there are likely extensions and continuation of work - Candidates should have availability or notice periods to suit.
