Description
We are looking for a rare individual who understands internal and third-party IT delivery from a contractual/SLA generated perspective.
We need someone who can write outstandingly inclusive SLAs for (or from within) large and complex organisations (Commerce/Military/Government) that reflect precisely the nature of the service being provided; reliability; responsiveness; monitoring and reporting of service levels as well as the consequences of none delivery contractually and in the 'real world'.
The role is a multi-national one and would be both extremely challenging and rewarding for the highly experienced candidate.
