Security Officer (CISO or ISO background) - Netherlands - Arnhem - 3 months Rolling - €545 - €570 - Contract

Job requirements

Knowledge:

Knowledge in the area of Business Administration, Economics or Information Management

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years experience in the field of IT Security Management (from a CISO or ISO function). It is a plus if you already have knowledge and experience with ISMS - ISO27001 certifications.
  • Competencies: Strong in describing policies & procedures for security management. Is a doer and tackles things pro-actively and can relieve a team. The ideal candidate can work together, but is also self-employed and proactively communicates to all stakeholders (project manager, security officers, and stakeholders).

We are not looking for a project manager.

What is expected of the party?

The following is expected from the external consultant:

  • Joint drafting and implementation of the ISMS framework, this means:
  • Inventory of current IMC Security Policies, Standards and Procedures
  • Translating the Corporate Guidelines into local IMC Policies & Procedures (input from the inventory of a.)
  • Coordination and approval of policy & procedures with stakeholders
  • Implement the policies in the IMC organisation in the daily routine.
  • Keep track of the implementation, gaps and filling of the gaps.

    • Spending this area is about 24-32 hours a week.

    Relieving the current IT security organisation in the field of security management, this means:

  • To gain insight into the current outstanding tasks in the field of security management
  • Picking up tasks in the field of security management:
  • Security Incident Management,
  • Project Security Assessments,

    • iii. Active contribution to security in projects,

  • Pick up questions from security team

    • Spending this area is about 8-16 hours a week.
