I have a fantastic contract to permanent opportunity as a CRM Marketing Manager, working for a leading Finance company based in Berkshire.
Paying up to £450 p/day.
This newly created role will play a critical role in providing exceptional marketing across three areas; CRM/Client Retention, Affiliate programmes and our In-house design agency.
- You will utilise strong analytical skills to ensure campaign and activity reporting is robust
- You will use data to optimise activity, increase revenues and improve retention, with a tailored approach to each customer segment.
- You must have experience in managing a team- you will have 5 direct reports
- Reviewing and continually enhancing our trigger programme to drive incremental orders - looking at a Matrix of opportunities; across customer segment, customer use case, currency pairs/corridors, geography.
- Working with teams to establish an automated tool for when currency thresholds are met.
- Liaison with our Data Science and BI teams, to develop innovative new campaigns (both scheduled and triggered.
- The client currently operates three eCRM platforms; SmartFocus, SilverPop and Mailchimp.
- The SMM will develop a plan to migrate to a single platform which is best fits our requirement to deliver world class eCRM.
