Description
Engineering Quality Assurance person is required for a long term contract assignment based in Stevenage.
To provide business/user support in the Product Non-conformance Management and reporting tools.
Work with operational managers to develop and plan training programmes to meet the needs of the system users and to ensure suitability of content and materials.
Evaluate training approach to ensure effective delivery and training objectives are met.
Work with the operational team to ensure changes are implemented and handed over appropriately and ensure updates are made to operational procedures and user support material.
Definition and delivery of new and innovative Quality tools and methodologies to suit the dynamic needs of the business.
Tailoring of quality methodologies to suit specific business needs and application across the entire product life cycle.
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/QUALITIES:
Relevant experience in supporting Quality activities within an Aerospace/Engineering environment.
Experience in developing and delivering training and support packages to operational users.
Experienced user of the Quality Management Module within SAP.
Experienced working knowledge of Quality tools (APQP, 5W, A3, 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma).
Excellent command of the English language.
Excellent people skills.
