Description

KYC Analyst - Manchester

The employee will be part of the KYC Centre of Excellence. The department is responsible for determining what level of Know Your Customer information is required in accordance with organisational policies. Once determined the department source the relevant information using public sources and by liaising with internal and external client.

Employees within the department perform searches, obtain and/or review client documentation, and assure that the client KYC due diligence review is appropriately evidenced in the systems. The employee will generally exercise independent judgment in performing the KYC reviews and responsibilities as outlined above. However, support will be provided by other team members and the onsite Manager.

The candidate should be detail oriented and possess: degree preferred; KYC/AML/Compliance experience preferred; Familiarity with corporate documentation and Internet search engines, required to perform KYC checks; Good communication skills, required to liaise with client executives, senior and middle management, and Global Compliance.

This role is required due to a remediation project, however there is the potential for the successful candidate to earn a permanent role within the company as the Manchester team expands.
