Description

An exciting contract position has arisen with a large Financial Services client at their international offices in Brussels. We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead and manage major IT change projects as part of a larger organisational Transition/Transformation programme. It is essential that you speak either French or Dutch fluently, as well as English.

The main responsibilities are outlined below;

  • Helping to develop a global transition approach
  • Specifying the organisations objectives with regards to the change, developing policies and plans
  • Conducting readiness assessments, evaluating and presenting the finding
  • Analysis of existing business models and business impact

Experience required:

  • Experience of specific change management methodologies, principles and techniques, eg ADKAR
  • Experience of various models and conceptual frameworks of change management
  • Strong organisational and business strategy insight
  • Experience working in a global financial services environment in a similar position
  • A confident, mature communicator with a diplomatic approach
  • Fluency in French or Dutch, as well as English
