Business Process Design Specialist/Financial Process Design Specialist/Financial Controller/Financial Modeller required for leading government transformation programme based in Westminster, Central LondonYou will demonstrate experience of working in financial and business change roles with a strong financial background and holding appropriate accountancy/financial qualifications.
Previous experience in transformational change, such as the start-up phase of major transformation programmes is required - ideally within the Government/Public Sector
You will have experience of developing processes for complex and interconnected programmes with many soft elements, with critical inerfacing requirements, but still keeping the overall scheme as simple as possible
Responsibilities:
Develop outline financial processes with key stakeholders, including the Treasury and IPA. Processes will specifically include funding and cash management mechanisms
Develop high-level financial processess, and work with the organisation to define the content and format of financial information
Develop a proposal for the best solution (system) for financial services and develop the specification for the digital platform that will support the financial processes
Funding - create annual forecast/estimates and help raise the business case to get funding approved
