Project Manager (junior to mid level)
Immediate need for a Project Manager to join a dynamic consulting firm.
You will be managing a mission critical project to customize and roll out a payment system worldwide for an external client. Responsibilities include gathering requirements from customers, managing projects utilizing Agile methodologies, coordinating the application design with architects on cross functional teams, defining technical requirements, facilitating meetings, developing and managing project plans, interfacing with clients and other technical teams, providing status reports, and presenting to key stakeholders and management.
This is an initial 6 month contract based in San Francisco with the option to extend for an additional 12 months. Excellent opportunity to work on an innovative project with a top notch team.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 1+ years as a Project Manager (will consider junior to mid level)
- Strong Agile experience
- Experience managing custom development projects
- Formal project management methodologies
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Consultative personality (will be interfacing with external clients)
