IT Support Analyst - Financial Services - Paris

The Role
A leading Parisian financial services firm is looking for IT Support Analysts to join their support team to ensure the continued support of their front-services. You will be supporting their Front Office teams whilst ensuring that their Middle Office functions also continue to operate at the required level.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support across the business
- Hands-on support of bespoke in-house applications and risk systems
- Some Out of Hours support following a predefined rota
- Implementation of scripts and solutions to address urgent issues
Key Skills:
- Fluent French speaker is essential
- UNIX Scripting skills
- SQL & SQL Query for data analysis and problem solving
- Familiarity with ticketing/incident management systems (BMC preferred)
- 1st & 2nd Line support
