Functional Analyst ( PEGA ) - Flanders, Belgium
Languages: ENGLISH only.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in functional analysis and solution design.
- Used to working in a complex system landscape with integration points to external systems.
- Knowledge of PEGA is a must.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
- Knowledge of O2B process and customer care in a telecom environment is a plus.
- Technical background is a plus.
Description of work:
- Working in a team of functional analysts handling projects on the BSS & SCS systems within the Telent Pega and Salesforce environment.
- Functional scope includes:
- Appointments and ticketing
- Interaction management
- Marketing
- Portals
- Surveys
- User management
- Work management
- Cooperation with other teams to realise projects End-to-End
- Online team - customer facing web applications and apps
- OSS team - technical order management and provisioning.
