Description
ServiceNow Simulation & HyperCare Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Higher national diploma or above in a relevant field
- 2+ years' experience in IT Service Management as an IT Testing or HyperCare Manager with a proof of successful delivery and execution of project cycles in an international environment
- Background in establishing a HyperCare Command Centre and strategy for a global organisation
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities plus IT testing approaches and concepts
- Strong communicational and organisational skills with a stakeholder focussed attitude
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Leading the delivery and execution of test plans, specifications and processing of test results on time and to required quality coupled with reporting of status and progress
- Planning, co-ordinating and executing informal (GxP) Test and Acceptance phases for the advancing ServiceNow implementation and leading the delivery effort and account for milestone targets
- Producing periodic testing reports to highlight risks, key decisions and progress while monitoring and driving issue resolution and escalating out of line situations
- Developing and approving the Simulation and HyperCare approach as well as developing the HyperCare strategy, establishing the Command Centre, Core Management tools and taking effective ownership for daily operation
- Delivering appropriate training and workshops to the project team
- Ensuring testing concepts are aligned, integrated and uniform
