Main tasks:
- Accountability for work streams to elicit requirements for multiple solutions to overall program
- Requirements organization, management, communication and analysis
- Simplifying requirements and recommend solutions if needed
- Participation in meetings, workshops and discussions
- Detail out "To-Be Process" to be used by Solution Implementation teams
- Support analysis of Metadata Management Tool requirements
- Documentation of all important processes
Main qualifications
- Profound work experience in an IT environment (regulatory domain know-how preferred) with focus on business analysis
- Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and GxP experience
- Customer-focused project knowledge
- Proven experience with interacting effectively with colleagues at every level
- Experience regarding knowledge gathering, documenting and analyzing requirements
- Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions, teamwork and organizational skills
- Experience translating high-level requirements into high-level solutions
- Ability to influence decision making through analysis
- Very good English communication and writing skills
- Openness and flexibility to work in a different time zone
- Problem solving/proactive attitude and analytical mind
- Team player mentality and can-do attitude
- Ability to self-organize
