Description
I am currently looking for a Communications Manager to join a leading banking organisation and be based in London. The right candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering the internal communications for an integration with another business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the change communications and plan
- Develop an understanding of the integration programme and the impact this has on colleagues and programme activity
- Manage the delivery of communications
- Create and deliver engaging communications
- Create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the programme
Essential skills:
- Experience of developing and delivering change communications
- A strong background in internal communications
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders
- The ability to work in a fast paced change environment
- Experience within financial services or a business integration/merger would be advantageous but not essential
