Professional requirements
Qualification and experience
Experience of both designing and executing technical solutions from business requirements.
Experience of data analysis.
Experience of being lead and sole technical resource on a PeopleSoft project and working with non-PeopleSoft professionals.
Ability to document technical projects.
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM
Experience with SQL on Oracle database
Experience with People Tools 8.5x, including expert knowledge of PeopleCode, Application packages, Integration Broker and AWE.
Reporting tools such as query and XML/BI Publisher
Experience of working with Travel and Expenses, Purchase to Pay, Commitment Control, Asset Management, Cash Management/Banking.
Data analysis experience, especially in PeopleSoft modules mentioned above
Experience of normalising data for reporting purposes
Some exposure to Oracle BI as a reporting tool
Qualification and experience
University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline.
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and some knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials
Experience knowledge of Workforce Administration
Experience of business analysis and documenting business requirements and creating functional specifications.
Experience of designing and implementing PeopleSoft configuration
Experience of working with technical resources and being the liaison point between functional users and technical developers
Experience of being lead and sole functional resource on a PeopleSoft project and working with non-PeopleSoft professionals.
Some experience with SQL on Oracle database would be an advantage
Some experience with reporting tools such as query and XML Publisher
Data analysis experience, especially in PeopleSoft modules mentioned above
Some exposure to Oracle BI as a reporting tool
