KYC Upgrade Support Officer (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Help relationship managers perform client file updates to ensure KYC documentation is up to par
- Perform media screenings
- Support relationship managers performing KYC upgrades and assist in improving KYC documentation standards
- Attend meetings with team leads, RMs, and assistants concerning KYC related topics
- Coordinate with KYC Upgrade Specialists in compliance department
- Respond to requests and client issues raised by RMs
Main qualifications
- Experience in private banking an advantage
- Fluency in English and Italian, other languages are a plus
- Strong attention to detail with meticulous organization and team spirit
- Experience in a KYC File Remediation/Upgrade project is a strong advantage
- Capacity to complete large amounts of client files
- Detailed knowledge of the Swiss regulatory framework and client documentation standards
- Professional communication and client facing attitude
