Sr. Compliance Manager EMEA - Medical Devices - Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals - IT Compliance - Regulatory - Quality - Finance and HCC Compliance - IM Information Management

Our well known Medical Devices/Pharmaceuticals Company requires a Senior Compliance Manager to be responsible for working with HCC & Privacy EMEA COE, the EMEA Sector, Regional and Local Healthcare Compliance Officers (HCCO's), Privacy Officers (PO's) and Information Technology (IT) partners to implement plans for global, enterprise wide HCC & Privacy information management (IM) systems that connect the compliance and business communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT expertise and input into the development of the annual enterprise IM systems including PRIZMA, and other special needs such as investigation and litigation related programs
  • Manage day-to-day tasks of 2 CTI members of staff, including coaching and mentoring
  • Partner with the Regional team leads within Healthcare Compliance & Privacy, as appropriate, to ensure that IM systems and related processes meet policies, guidance and regulatory requirements
  • Represent the region in the HCC & Privacy Process Optimization group in project teams that harmonize and standardize IM approaches to management of the HCC & Privacy workflow
  • Drive day to day business results through implementation of the Customer Master Data strategy, across sector, working closely with HCCOs and Operating Company employees

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries or equivalent and 5 years of line management
  • Proven experience and Compliance leadership in IT related function(s) or programmes is Required
  • Experience working in partnership with HCC or related Compliance function (Regulatory, Quality, Finance, HCC)
  • Knowledge of Privacy regulations, HCC/fraud and abuse laws; FCPA, financial or auditing practices and company business and policies preferred
  • Happy to travel up to 15%
