Description
Medical Operations Manager with profound commercialisation knowledge wanted for our Zug based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- MSc in business or commercial degree
- 2+ years' work experience in pharmaceutical industry, working in Medical Affairs Strategic Operations or in a commercial position
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint as well as strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information in simple and impactful messages
- Business planning and execution monitoring skills including development of business reports and dashboards
- Background in effectively managing and optimizing resources to meet business needs as well as excellent project management skills
- Languages: fluent English, German and French, all written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Developing adequate processes and systems for systematic MA strategy planning, tracking and reporting
- Coordinating the annual Medical Affairs plan preparation and updates, including early Medical launch preparation, in alignment with product guidelines and strategy
- Facilitating progress tracking of MA plans and providing monthly status reports as well as assessing MA competencies and capabilities
- Executing the development of solutions to enhance effectiveness and efficiency, including resource allocation
- Creating standardised processes to enhance Medical and Science Liaison (MSL) performance and harmonising practices across TAs
- Evaluating MSL activity data from internal systems, and providing monthly reports as well as enhancing MSL performance through analysis of MSL interactions and their local activity plans
