Interim Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f)

Main tasks:
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers on selected vacancies to co-ordinate and execute recruitment plans and projects in accordance with the relevant countries laws and regulations for recruitment
  • Manage the recruitment process from intake meeting with hiring manager through to successful hire, including all aspects of candidate management, applicant tracking system maintenance, interviews and coordinating communications with all stakeholders
  • Make effective decisions throughout the sourcing and selection process to ensure company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline using various proactive methods of candidate attraction and internal and external resources (candidate management databases, job boards and social media, networking and direct approach)
  • You will act as an ambassador of company, upholding the company’s reputation as an employer of choice both internally and externally
  • Provide constructive feedback to candidates at each stage of the process including interviews and on-line assessments
  • Conduct and coordinate any special assessments or reasonable adjustments if required
  • Work in conjunction with the HR Shared Services to oversee completion of recruitment related administration, scheduling and logistics activities
  • Provide clear and comprehensive advice for the hiring manager and HR Business Partners at various stages of the recruitment process to base their decisions on, including management of expectations and negotiations for salary and benefits
  • Contribute ideas towards continuous improvements within the global defined recruiting process making suggestions that adhere to local and regional market conditions where needed
  • Ensure regular and periodic recruitment reporting is completed accurately and on time according to relevant deadlines


Main qualifications
  • Professional work experience as a Recruiter for either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency in Germany or internationally
  • Knowledge and experience with German and EU recruitment legislation
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency-based, assessment centres)
  • Experience setting, interpreting and providing feedback on psychometric and ability assessments, ideally with a certification
  • Hands on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and German
  • Strong decision-making skills

  • Develop a “Preferred Supplier List” of agencies local and relevant to each DE site
