Project background
The client is looking for a Recruitment expert with a good view to the market of recruitment tools/ software and upcoming innovations as a Request for Proposal Support for the HR Recruitment Tool.
Tasks
- Provider Evaluation for the new recruitment platform
- Provider information analysis
- Analysis of the HR requirement list
- Consolidation of provider responses
- Provider demo coordination and evaluation
- Document and handed over to client
- Provide the final recommendation (including management slides) on the client's future provider
