A leading Financial Services organisation are currently seeking an Internal Recruiter to join them on a contract basis in Basingstoke. The role requires previous recruitment delivery experience and somebody who has previously worked on-site with a Financial Services organisation. The role will also require direct client and stakeholder management skills and the ability to write job specifications.
£300 - £350 per day - 3 Month Rolling Contract
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent Recruitment experience within both the Financial Services and Technology industries
- Internal recruitment or on-site recruitment experience
- Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Ability and experience to write job specifications
- Knowledge of the IT department and relevant recruitment experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
