Finance Admin Officer (Accounts Payable) - Aberdeen - 3 months - part time (Monday and Tuesday working hours)

£95 per day

Our public-sector client is looking for a candidate with invoicing and administrative experience to join their main office in Aberdeen immediately for a 3-month contract (with potential extensions).

You will be responsible for ensuring prompt payment of invoices to meet deadlines, setting up requisitions on the client's system, dealing with supplier enquiries and setting up new customer accounts.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication skills - you will often be the first point of contact for our client's customers and suppliers.
  • Proven organisational skills - working to tight deadlines.
  • Experience with IT software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience processing invoices.
