Description
I am currently looking for a Communications Lead to join a market leading company and be based in Berkshire. The right candidate will be responsible for managing the communications strategy and delivery of a large scale transformation programme.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the programme communications strategy
- Develop and implement the communications plan
- Develop an understanding of the programme and the impact this has on colleagues and programme activity
- Manage the delivery of communications
- Create and deliver engaging communications
- Create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the programme
Essential skills:
- Experience of developing and delivering change communications
- A strong background in internal communications
- The ability to work in a fast-paced change environment
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders
- The ability to work in a fast paced change environment
- Experience within a regulated environment
