Main tasks:
- Working with the Business to translate complex business requirements into solutions and procedures meeting current business, customer and technical requirements, while observing defined financial requirements
- Work directly with DHL IT counterparts to align on mappings
- If required, customize or develop changes in the customer's SAP ERP system
- Act as a touch point for the business to the customer and DHL IT counterparts
- Functional and design consultancy, documentation of the solutions in HP ALM
- If required, develop solutions in the ERP system
- Support the business in creating and processing UAT test cases
Main qualifications
- Well-versed in project management (IT project methodology)
- Profound experience within Supply Chain Management including leading project teams and innovation/change initiatives
- Broad experience in the SAP ECC modules MM/SD/WM/SCM as well as integration (EDI/SEEBURGER) points between other SAP modules; detailed technical background is a plus
- Experience in Supply Chain Management application development
- Proven ability to lead professional teams
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Capable of working in an international environment with virtual teams
- Work experience in the validated, i.e. pharmaceutical, chemical or cosmetic industry
- Fluency in English (C2) (verbal, written and comprehension), Japanese skills as well as German skills are beneficial
