Excipient Demand Coordinator wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Degree in science, supply chain, business administration or equivalent with SAP knowledge
- 2+ years' of relevant experience in business support role with related areas of business (e.g. pharmaceutical development or manufacturing organization) desirable
- 2+ years' of experience in technical domain of expertise (i.e. SAP application know-how) as well as knowledge regarding planning and forecasting
- Proven track record in project management / implementation management, good organization and planning skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical development as well as in an international and multi-disciplinary environment
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Supporting and managing the excipient and packaging material demand from the project teams as well as actively managing the demand in SAP and ensuring the right demand at requested due dates
- Running supply chain coordination of TRD excipient and packaging material forecasts and planning
- Acting as a key contact for forecast and demand and managing purchase order creation and reconciliation in SAP P99
- Ensuring close coordination with Excipient Supply Chain coordinator as well as supporting the project teams in their demand
- Contributing to SOP creation, revision and update and coordinating the demand portfolio in collaboration with the Supply Chain Coordinator
- Being the single point of contact for multiple demand carriers and responsible for the collection of excipient demands related to GMP & laboratory activities
