SAP Organisational Change Manager - Paris - 6 months +
May also be flexibility on the base location for other locations in Europe. We require someone purely focused on change and experienced in global/international projects and teams.
The role:
- Responsible for in-region change execution and success
- Deliver strategy for change and communications and guidance on training
- Identify barriers and challenges for successful Global Change work, determine alternatives and execute on strategies.
- Responsible for building key relationships with stakeholders and explaining what the client is doing to executive leaders who may not yet know or understand change
Experience:
- 8+ years on ERP/SAP projects, delivering change management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and awareness of global challenges that come with SAP transformation
- Flexible to travel in Europe and perhaps sometimes to the US (if and when needed)
