Description
I am working with a globally known consultancy who are currently in the market for a Service Now Architect for a 6 month contract basis.
Scope of work -
- Participate in Transition & Transformation project
. Provide Architecture & Standards requirements, including interfaces & dataflows to the SM Toolset and coordinate with other tools - internal and external - as needed
. Coordinate and agree with SM Toolset Owner
. Support Contractor in their design workshops
. Review design based on Yara requirement
. Support creation of documentation and training material as needed
. Review the reporting - incl SLA
. Contribute to set-up of Governance, such as CAB, Architecture forums
. Support test case creation, execution and analysis
Experience required -
5+ years experience as Architect
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow
Personal skills -
Good communication skills
Drive meetings and workshops with multiple parties
Drive a team to get the work completed
