Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and perform the daily processes of a collateral management group to ensure risk mitigation, policy and contractual adherence and escalation in the event of a shortfall.
- Lead the investigation, analysis and resolution of disputes within the team.
- Lead in the identification of issues, provide solutions and support changes to enhance the service model, meet client needs and improve the risk profile of the team globally.
- Improve profitability by continuous process improvements to realize efficiencies.
- Work with Partners globally within the Front Office, TMS Middle Office and Client services to facilitate trading strategies and enhance the bank's reputation in the market.
- Supervise and mentor the staff in the group including training, motivating, organizing and directing.
- Facilitate and monitor the training programs for the Collateral Management Officers including design, delivery, and evaluations
CAPABILITIES & SKILLS
- Knowledge of Collateral Management and an understanding of Risk
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Excellent negotiation and client service skills

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (comfortable with vlookups, macros, etc)
- Settlements Experience helpful
