Enterprise Architect with experience of Salesforce CRM required for a major strategic assignment with a global Consumer Goods company in Amsterdam.
Our client is a major international house-hold name who currently have around 30+ separate CRM platforms across various Strategic Business Units. They are embarking on a One CRM programme which will ultimately replace all Legacy platforms with one single instance of Salesforce.
They now require an experienced Enterprise Architect with significant expertise in CRM, eCommerce and B2B/B2C as well as experience in Salesforce and ideally some track-record in the Consumer Goods industry. You will work closely with senior business and IT stakeholders to analyse the existing portfolio, map out the overall requirements, and deliver a strategy and roadmap for a global template and implementation of Salesforce.
Requirements
- Track-record as an Enterprise Architect in large international businesses, ideally to include FMCG experience.
- Significant expertise in CRM, eCommerce and B2B/B2C as well as experience in Salesforce and especially Salesforce automation.
- Knowledge and experience with architecture frameworks and concepts
- Excellent stakeholder management and verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Able to shape and deliver innovative technology solutions across multiple platforms.
