Information/Business Analyst

Brief Overview for the right IT Information/business analyst:
For my clients digitizing team(s) I am looking for an IT Information/business analyst with experience in an agile/scrum way of working. The analyst is responsible for gathering requirements from the business and translating these requirements into user stories and/or solutions. Besides that, the analyst will work as a key player and team player within their epics. S/He will take ownership for her/his epics and manage related planning, processes and people.
The Information/Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Participating in product refinement sessions, supporting the product owner in explaining the 'what' and 'why' and retrieving feedback to discuss with stakeholders;
- Participating in design sessions with development teams as well as other stakeholders, to challenge the best solution;
- Supporting and challenges the product owner in creating the product vision;
- Supporting the product owner in presenting requirements to stakeholders;
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders;
- Discussing and aligning new requirements with stakeholders;
- Finding alternative ways to contribute to business objectives;
- Validating and coaching stakeholders in defining clear and brief requirements;
- Turning ideas into further products, ideally MVP's
The Information/Business Analyst should have the following experience/knowledge;
- Knowledge and experience of Agile, Scrum and Agile tools (like Jira)
- Knowledge of information management, tools and methods
- Knowledge of application development and architecture
- Knowledge and experience within an SAP dominated environment
- 3+ years of IT experience, preferable as business or information analyst
- Experienced team player
