Harvey Nash's client is recruiting for a Claims Processor on an initial 6-month contract.
This position is responsible for identifying and triaging claims that require a post service utilisation management review, and reporting on the number and outcome of these claims.
Essential skills:
* Strong Excel skills
* Good analytical, evaluation, organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to clearly communicate information
* Customer service skills
* Proven data entry skills
* Ability to adapt and be flexible within fast-paced dynamic environment
