FINANCE//COST MODELLER//SC//ANALYSIS//FINANCIAL MODELLING
My client are currently looking for a Cost Modeller to come and join their team to manipulate and interpret data to form a costing baseline. The successful candidate will perform analysis on the cost base for a variety of changing parameters/requirements.
A suitable candidate will essentially have:
- SC
- A technical degree or equivalent experience relating to analysis.
- Demonstrable experience of whole life costing including knowledge of Treasury Guidelines and common cost definitions.
- Proven analytical capability across multiple areas, including the costs environment
- Experience of using a diverse range of cost tools and analysis methodologies.
- Capable of building and maintaining good internal and external relationships.
- Confident, professional presentation style, capable of communicating complex issues clearly and concisely.
- Evidence of delivering work to stretching timescales.
- Ability to assist in the development of colleagues in their area of expertise.
On a desirable basis, the suitable candidate will have:
- Experience of Working in MoD/Industrial Teams- public sector
- Knowledge of MoD Research procurement organisations and practices.
- Familiar with influencing and engaging with senior management and stakeholders.
- Track record of successful delivery of customer requirements.
