Description

Opportunity to join a newly created business within the PAY-TV sector with the backing of one of the worlds largest Video Software providers. You will manage all aspects of order booking transactions on behalf of the new company in the Client order management system. You will drive execution of order entry activities to completion in a quality, timely, and correct manner.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving order entry
  • Resolve mixed-order issues
  • Reviewing orders wrt the Do Not Book file and other new company business rules
  • Order notifications
  • Managing change orders
  • Order expediting
  • Viewing and reporting order status (daily reports)
  • Driving business decisions and escalations
  • Order/case mgmt reporting
  • Order Hold management
  • You will collaborate with and coordinate with cross-functional teams in the new company and Client, eg work with the account manager in case of RMA for credit, for manual order cancelation or order change.
  • You will understand and effectively navigate customers' and partners' order booking and entry process.
  • Effectively manage personal time and productivity. Maintain and develop existing and new customer relationships in order to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to participate in and contribute to the development of an effective order booking and processing system.

Who will you be working with?

This position centers around the order intake process and requires relationships with a diverse group of internal and external personnel in the new company and Client in order to identify opportunities and ensure bookings are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Building Influential Relationships: Working collaboratively with customers, channel partners, and account team members, finance team and Client supply chain staff to meet business goals and objectives; using appropriate communication methods to establish relationships.

Who are you?

  • You are a self-starter and are able to execute order processing tasks accurately and timely, with a high sense of ownership.
  • You like to contribute to reaching outcomes that gain the agreement and acceptance of all parties by using legitimate data, objective criteria to support one's proposal.
  • You have a strong customer focus: resolving difficult issues in a timely and professional manner; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • BA degree is preferred but not essential.
  • 5+ years of industry experience
