Quality Engineering Analyst - Inverness - £12 - £15 Per Hour - 11 Months
You will work with the Complaint Management teams Quality Engineers and Data Analysts to deliver the organisations system level review of complaint trends and flag any signals identified.
Responsibilities include:
* Working in a team to maintain complaint metrics and compliance
* Proactive mindset/approach to issue identification, signal detection and problem resolution.
Requirements:
* Sense of Urgency
* Good Communication Skills
* Good technical writing skills
* Working Knowledge of regulatory and compliance environment eg ISO 13485, CFR Part 820
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages ie Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
* Statistical knowledge is advantageous
* Use of packages such as SAS, R Studio etc
