Our Edinburgh based financial service client urgently require an experienced Conduct & Compliance Manager specialising in policy & advice. The successful candidate will adopt a Policy Management role collaborating with stakeholders to draft and implement policies across the bank. You will have the ability to identify external regulatory changes and establish the business impacts. The role holder will have experience of working closely with Head of Policy stakeholders, developing governance processes and ensuring the delivery of conduct risk is relevant to the business.
Key experience required:
*Previous experience as a Conduct & Compliance Manager specialising in policy & advice
*Experience in developing and implementing policies
*Knowledge of financial service regulatory changes
*Experience in implementing governance frameworks
*Excellent stakeholder management skills
