Release Train Consultant (AGILE)
I am currently hiring a Release Train Consultant (AGILE) for a global clients' Stockholm project. The initial contract offered will be for 6 months and requires an ASAP start
The Release Train Consultant (AGILE) will be required to do the following and have the below skills:
- Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as the Program and Solution Kanban's and other information radiators
- Help configure SAFe to the organization's needs, standardizing and documenting practices.
- Solid grasp of how to scale Lean and Agile practices
- Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives
- Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mind-sets
- Facilitate the ART events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value. Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk
- SAFe CERTIFIED - MANDATORY
